Andy is a native of Oregon. He attended Linfield College in McMinnville and was a member of Delta Psi Delta fraternity. College came and went, but the brotherhood made a lasting impression. His love for computers and technology led him down the long and winding road to owning his own company, and in 1997, Delta Graphics was born.

He’s our output guru, prepress expert, computer geek, and all around go-to guy. As the primary operator of Delta, Andy is continuously updating his knowledge of the printing industry.

When he isn’t at the office taking care of customers, Andy enjoys grilling on his Big Green Egg, mixing up awesome cocktails, golfing, and playing poker. 

Victoria likes to say she is a production-oriented typesetter with a great deal of experience. (We like to say she’s been typesetting for years and years – and years… being that she used a Compugraphic back in 1974!) With almost 50 years of experience in the industry, she has done typesetting and design work for newspapers, commercial print shops, and business form houses.

Her interests outside the office include playing with her grandchildren, reading, and cooking up fabulous new recipes using home grown tomatoes, chili peppers and herbs.

Sadie came on board in December of 2021 at the tender age of 8 weeks. She intermittently assists with employee morale and serves as our security officer, policing both humans and animals alike.

She likes nothing more than to tattle on her brother (or others), get into stuff she shouldn’t, and generally create chaos.

Gibbs joined our staff in February, 2012 as the Director of Security. He also spearheaded our Employee Fitness Program with his boundless energy. In 2020, Gibbs retired from security and transitioned into his current position of Director of Napping Services – where he excels.

Gibbs is still a sports enthusiast, although mostly as a spectator. His favorite activities include a good snuggle and a good meal, especially if it includes bacon. Or toast. Or treats.

Darrin has been a valuable technical resource and trusted partner for more than 20 years. When we needed a custom database for job tracking, he wrote one.  When our movers didn’t show up, he rolled up his sleeves and helped us lug a bunch of heavy stuff. Whether it’s a technical hurdle or just plain muscle, he is always ready to jump in the deep end with us.
