how does the b2b program work?

When you sign up for our b2b program, we coordinate with you to set up a profile for your press, determine the plates you might require, and set up your billing and shipping accounts. If emergencies arrive, we will be ready to back you up and you’ll be saved the worry of figuring out what to do.

As a part of the sign up process, Andy will talk to you or your operator about your requirements – the metal, your workflow, anticipated needs and possible scenarios. Based on this conversation, we will determine a pricing structure so you have the information right up front.

We like to get to know our clients so we are ready to jump in when you need us, and you are comfortable contacting us when you’re under pressure. Being “down” can be one of the most stressful experiences for a shop.
